For the launch of the Salomon XT EVR collection, the objective was clear: drive sustained visibility and conversion across a fiercely competitive Q4 trading period. The range needed to cut through at every touchpoint, from first discovery to purchase.
Across 9 weeks, ELEVATE delivered a multi-channel campaign spanning in-store, digital, CRM and influencer activity, guiding customers from awareness through to conversion. The campaign opened with a 6-week full-funnel activation phase, designed to build early visibility and drive engagement across every channel.
The results were decisive. Phase one delivered a +25% increase in sessions and a +79% uplift in in-store product performance, with CRM achieving an outstanding 43% open rate. As the campaign shifted into its amplification phase, powered by influencer and paid social activity, reach scaled to 1M, generating 2.3M impressions and a +77% uplift in XT EVR sales versus the prior period.
